A: Our collection features silver-plated, gold-plated, sterling silver, brass and stainless steel pieces, along with natural stones and crystals. Each item is chosen for beauty, durability, and meaning.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: For now, we ship only within New Zealand. All orders are shipped with tracking for peace of mind.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are processed in 1–2 days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Flat rates apply: $10 for Auckland and $15 for the rest of New Zealand. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping!

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes! First-time customers can enjoy 5% off their entire order using the code RNR26.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for damaged items. Simply contact us at velantrisnz@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

A: At this time, we only offer returns for a full refund on damaged items — no exchanges.

A: To keep your pieces shining, avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged water. Store jewelry in a dry, soft place when not worn.
